On May 20, 2000, I signed up for Precision Production Inc's repair service at their Ziemeborough, Minnesota location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $881.74, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Nichole W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The gaming console from Precision Production Inc not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
