Poor customer service experience with Precision Production Inc

On May 20, 2000, I signed up for Precision Production Inc's repair service at their Ziemeborough, Minnesota location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $881.74, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Nichole W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
