Unsatisfactory resolution from Liberty & International

I'm writing to complain about the exchange program I received from Liberty & International. After paying $669.41 for package, I found that it arrived significantly late. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Brice K., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

May 21, 2025 05:47Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $157.82 refund only covers part of what I paid for the upgrade plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
