Quality issues with Ultimate Build product

I purchased a platform from Ultimate Build on November 27, 1972. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lurline Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

Apr 26, 2025 06:04Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $108.14 refund only covers part of what I paid for the expedited shipping, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
