Unresolved issue with Modern-Renovations product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7643-YQC-1017 placed with Modern-Renovations on November 11, 1999. I paid $741.79 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Adonis M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
