I am writing regarding order #ORD-4342-KDG-3418 placed with Superior-Industries on April 2, 2017. I paid $669.8 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Efrain P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 15, 2025 05:23I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Superior-Industries called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
