I purchased a tool from Superior-Industries on November 3, 1975. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Reba A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
