I have been a loyal customer of Superior-Industries for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-1573-DQP-9629) on February 17, 1988, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding Superior-Industries. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the laptop I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
