I purchased a software from Allied Reserve Group Changwon on January 14, 1976. Shortly after using it, I experienced discovered hidden fees. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Kaitlin R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
