I have been a loyal customer of Allied Reserve Group Changwon for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-7652-PVM-5032) on December 16, 2016, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I've received an email from Patricia Davis at Allied Reserve Group Changwon offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The smartwatch was clearly defective from the start.
