Credit card dispute with Allied Reserve Group Changwon

I have been a loyal customer of Allied Reserve Group Changwon for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-7652-PVM-5032) on December 16, 2016, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 11, 2025 05:24I've received an email from Patricia Davis at Allied Reserve Group Changwon offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The smartwatch was clearly defective from the start.
