I want to report a serious concern with AlliedVenture's system that I purchased on October 25, 1984 from your Cristinafurt, New Mexico store. The product has encountered rude staff despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Kole T., but my issue remains unresolved.

Apr 30, 2025 06:04I want to acknowledge that AlliedVenture has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $166.56 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $166.56 for a smartwatch that never worked properly.
