I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Zachary T., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

May 21, 2025 05:41Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $115.53 refund only covers part of what I paid for the maintenance contract, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
