I want to report a serious concern with Credit of Sovereign Kazan International's platform that I purchased on April 8, 2018 from your Port Braedentown, Washington store. The product has received incorrect information despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Daisha B., but my issue remains unresolved.

I've received an email from David Miller at Credit of Sovereign Kazan International offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The router was clearly defective from the start.
