Unresolved issue with Credit of Sovereign Kazan International product

I purchased a product from Credit of Sovereign Kazan International on March 30, 1971. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jamie E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
