I am writing regarding order #ORD-9904-UWA-4899 placed with Credit of Sovereign Kazan International on June 19, 1995. I paid $843.72 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Russell H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Credit of Sovereign Kazan International has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their training session.
