Factories & Fabricators failed to honor their commitment

I want to report a serious concern with Factories & Fabricators's appliance that I purchased on December 1, 1991 from your Jacynthefurt, Oregon store. The product has discovered hidden fees despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Amara N., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 21, 2025 05:18I want to acknowledge that Factories & Fabricators has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $429.53 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $429.53 for a tablet that never worked properly.
