I have been a loyal customer of Factories & Fabricators for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-1953-NZN-7952) on January 23, 1987, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 21, 2025 05:13I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The television from Factories & Fabricators not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
