I want to report a serious concern with Factories & Fabricators's subscription that I purchased on December 26, 1981 from your Ernaville, Delaware store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Alvis A., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 09, 2025 05:23I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The smartwatch from Factories & Fabricators not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
