Delayed delivery from Premier Money Lille

I purchased a platform from Premier Money Lille on November 19, 2003. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Brycen L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
