Frustrated with Premier Money Lille's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9139-OYF-1083 placed with Premier Money Lille on December 31, 2014. I paid $1000.38 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Coy X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 21, 2025 06:06I've received an email from Susan Garcia at Premier Money Lille offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The headphones was clearly defective from the start.
