False promises made by Advanced Architecture & Sons representative

I have been a loyal customer of Advanced Architecture & Sons for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service (order #ORD-3749-VZS-3835) on June 29, 1975, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
