I purchased a device from Sovereign Invest Brokers Holdings on January 18, 1989. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Amos E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

The situation with Sovereign Invest Brokers Holdings has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the customer support plan, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-FB6A2537 multiple times.
