I am writing regarding order #ORD-2233-ZWS-1954 placed with Sovereign Invest Brokers Holdings on September 11, 1980. I paid $713.86 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Grace Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 15, 2025 05:53I'm updating my complaint because Sovereign Invest Brokers Holdings finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the wireless speaker, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
