I have been a loyal customer of Industrial Manufacturing Fabricators for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-1453-JAS-8447) on March 11, 2003, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
