I am writing regarding order #ORD-6808-LTM-5873 placed with Works Works Bhopal on April 15, 2019. I paid $565.1 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Darrion R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 07, 2025 05:39I've received an email from James Thompson at Works Works Bhopal offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The headphones was clearly defective from the start.
