On October 14, 1998, I signed up for Works Works Bhopal's upgrade service at their West Jamie, Maine location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $172.59, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kim A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 12, 2025 06:07After my initial complaint, Works Works Bhopal contacted me to troubleshoot the tablet. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
