I am writing regarding order #ORD-9392-FTO-7198 placed with Premium Accommodations & Group Inc. on August 28, 2023. I paid $141.9 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Briana T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Premium Accommodations & Group Inc., and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my t-shirt. This is extremely frustrating.
