I purchased a package from Premium Accommodations & Group Inc. on October 30, 2008. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Domingo Q. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
