On August 16, 1989, I signed up for Innovative Construction & Sons Kyoto Corp.'s warranty service at their Jaskolskiville, Florida location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $491.48, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kayley K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 01, 2025 05:14I want to acknowledge that Innovative Construction & Sons Kyoto Corp. has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $101.58 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $101.58 for a mattress that never worked properly.
