I purchased a service from Manufacturing Enterprises on November 27, 1993. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Janelle G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Manufacturing Enterprises has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their delivery service.
