I am writing regarding order #ORD-1858-TUJ-8153 placed with Manufacturing Enterprises on September 8, 2009. I paid $598.75 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Aliza C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 14, 2025 05:50I've received an email from Robert Rodriguez at Manufacturing Enterprises offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The headphones was clearly defective from the start.
