I purchased a system from Oasis Properties on January 6, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Gilda U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
