On September 14, 2012, I signed up for SovereignMoney Holdings's setup assistance at their South Amirville, Georgia location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $834.84, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Telly R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $162.59 refund only covers part of what I paid for the premium account, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
