I want to report a serious concern with SovereignMoney Holdings's account that I purchased on July 6, 1972 from your Herbertport, New Jersey store. The product has discovered hidden fees despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Sage N., but my issue remains unresolved.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $51.28 refund only covers part of what I paid for the design service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
