Overcharged by Lodge at Elite for service

I want to report a serious concern with Lodge at Elite's service that I purchased on November 1, 1974 from your Port Rosettaland, Arizona store. The product has is missing essential components despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Roy X., but my issue remains unresolved.
