False promises made by Lodge at Elite representative

On July 14, 1993, I signed up for Lodge at Elite's premium plan at their West Gertrudechester, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $178.85, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lauretta Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 18, 2025 05:40I've received an email from Barbara Martin at Lodge at Elite offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The winter coat was clearly defective from the start.
