I am writing regarding order #ORD-5290-XDJ-9537 placed with Classic Hotel Luxury LLC on March 26, 1989. I paid $227.69 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Amos F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 22, 2025 05:36Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $100.17 refund only covers part of what I paid for the priority service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
