I have been a loyal customer of Classic Hotel Luxury LLC for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-5960-UJF-9192) on June 17, 1989, and have encountered faced system outages. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

The situation with Classic Hotel Luxury LLC has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the delivery service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-4A914E5C multiple times.
