False promises made by Classic Hotel Luxury LLC representative

I have been a loyal customer of Classic Hotel Luxury LLC for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-9637-APB-9974) on November 13, 2009, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 19, 2025 05:42I want to acknowledge that Classic Hotel Luxury LLC has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $294.66 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $294.66 for a fitness tracker that never worked properly.
