UnitedInvest failed to honor their commitment

On August 18, 2012, I signed up for UnitedInvest's exchange program at their West Waldo, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $840.6, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Katlyn P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
