I am writing regarding order #ORD-2708-HWU-8588 placed with UnitedInvest on December 10, 2007. I paid $365.86 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Beulah E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 02, 2025 05:45After my initial complaint, UnitedInvest contacted me to troubleshoot the headphones. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
