I have been a loyal customer of Summit & Services Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-3510-TIT-5595) on February 25, 1983, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

After my initial complaint, Summit & Services Group contacted me to troubleshoot the headphones. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
