I purchased a membership from Summit & Services Group on July 8, 1975. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Cassandre L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

Apr 27, 2025 05:32I've received an email from Casey Thompson at Summit & Services Group offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The smartwatch was clearly defective from the start.
