I have been a loyal customer of Renovations Group Nîmes for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-9340-MHQ-6743) on September 22, 1974, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Renovations Group Nîmes has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their customer support plan.
