The product has experienced long delays despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Hollie D., but my issue remains unresolved.

I've received an email from Elizabeth Brown at Precision Fabrication Systems Hobart Corp. offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The tablet was clearly defective from the start.
