I want to report a serious concern with Precision Fabrication Systems Hobart Corp.'s application that I purchased on March 29, 2012 from your Lake Hubert, Pennsylvania store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Abdul J., but my issue remains unresolved.

It's now been 8 days since my initial complaint, and Precision Fabrication Systems Hobart Corp. still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their design service.
