I'm writing to complain about the training session I received from Prosperity & Management International. After paying $993.27 for service, I found that it experienced frequent disconnections. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Mertie J., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $388.82 refund only covers part of what I paid for the technical support package, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
