I'm writing to complain about the return process I received from Summit Savings Services. After paying $984.25 for system, I found that it was damaged upon delivery. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Eugene R., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

May 20, 2025 05:20I want to acknowledge that Summit Savings Services has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $434.28 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $434.28 for a tablet that never worked properly.
