Hidden fees discovered from Summit Savings Services
Complaint Details
I purchased a unit from Summit Savings Services on October 4, 1980. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jennie P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 17, 2025 06:02I want to acknowledge that Summit Savings Services has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $315.54 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $315.54 for a smartwatch that never worked properly.
