I'm writing to complain about the exchange program I received from Capital Alliance. After paying $75.25 for unit, I found that it received incorrect information. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Maegan I., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

May 01, 2025 05:24Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $381.63 refund only covers part of what I paid for the premium account, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
