I want to report a serious concern with Capital Alliance's item that I purchased on January 27, 2013 from your Port Zackarymouth, Missouri store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Agnes P., but my issue remains unresolved.
